Studios next to Promenade des Anglais with parking and pool is situated in Nice, 3 km from MAMAC and only 200 metres from the nearest beach. Allianz Riviera Stadium is 4.4 km from the property. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.
The air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with a seating area. Some units feature a dining area and/or balcony. There is also a kitchen, equipped with an oven and microwave. A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer in each unit. Free private parking is available at the apartment.

員林禪寺住持朱文科居士告別式今（25）日在莊嚴肅穆中進行，感念朱居士生前對社教工作的推動和清寒學生的關懷，除縣長魏明谷頒給感謝狀外，中國國民黨還頒給華夏獎章，並覆蓋黨旗，告別式結束，隨即發引至台南白河大仙寺火化。

彰化縣政府則感謝其畢生行善不遺於力與對佛教貢獻，由民政處長杜國忠代表縣長，頒贈感謝狀殊榮。參加朱文科居士告別式人士非常眾多，中佛會、北佛會、彰佛會和各地前來的信眾數百人參加，場面盛大、壯嚴。
朱文科成長於佛教家庭，自幼受佛法薰陶獻身弘法利生事業，80年前父執輩朱光淮、朱光棨兩位長者與日本曹洞宗結下佛緣，1973年便由父親手中承接日本曹洞宗岡部快道禪師所創建位於員林市的員林禪寺，1995年重建現在規模宏偉的現代化莊嚴梵宮的佛教寶剎，香火鼎盛。
法名達軍的朱文科曾任彰化縣佛教會理事長和台北市、台灣省、中國等佛教會常務理事，創辦佛教周刊，佛教世界雜誌，觀音文教中心，彰化佛教月刊。教授梵唄共計10個班，學員來自台灣各地達上千人之多，5年前在有線電視自費弘法金剛科儀寳卷，將佛法融入生活，用盡畢生精力，實踐人間佛教。

賭場酒店朱文科休養自性，好行布施，在北部光華寺，設有觀音慈善會，常年進行台北中正區冬令濟助，在中部設立員林寺承善會針對學童自強助學金及貧困無力殮葬、或是急難救助等扶助地方弱勢；歷年來國內發生重大天然災難時，就以光華寺、員林寺為基礎發起援助行動，從社會、教育等面向竭盡心力布施行善。

近40年來行善不落人後，辦理彰化清寒弱勢獎學金，針對員林，大村，永靖，社頭及埔心等5鄉鎮國中小同學發清寒獎助金，國中3000元，國小2000元，每所學校5名，共280名，同時協助偏鄉地區小學進行品德教育等課程，讓學童教育真正落實。

如今驟逝，親友和佛教界無不哀慟莫名外，更感念朱文科的身教及言教，致力佛法宏揚「只管打坐 即心是佛」心禪為法，護教敬僧，提倡正信，以「行解並重」身體力行，著實為地方典範，追隨他的信眾皆期盼望朱文科在此生渡眾功德圓滿，來生能乘願再來，普施大眾。
根據《鏡報》報導，英國醫師創意改編知名歌劇《悲慘世界》中的〈I Dreamed A Dream〉變成自己的醫學主題歌詞。這位醫生叫康乃爾（Conal Corr），康乃爾將歌名改為「I Bleeped A Bleep」(我嗶嗶叫)。

在這個有趣的影片中，康乃爾展示了他在音樂、醫學方面的才能，24歲的他拍攝這支影片是為了慶祝結束第一年的初級醫生。康乃爾說就是用有趣的方式記錄下第一年工作的危機重重，也是對他第一份工作的告別並記錄下這一年來的轉變。他提到這份工作很容易讓人感到失落感及無助感，「我想，或許用幽默的方式可以幫助人們記得我們可能當下會感到有些失落，但其實我們依然是站在同一陣線的。」

對歌劇有興趣的康乃爾也曾上傳過多個歌唱影片為慈善募款，這些募款已經超過兩千英鎊（約新台幣8萬），並捐給當地的囊狀纖維化、淋巴瘤及白血病慈善機構。他說這些影片的靈感通常是靈光一閃地出現，特別是在他壓力大的時候。

康乃爾說他不敢相信此次影片的觀看次數，在24小時內已經有超過三萬人次的點擊率，並說沒想到這類型的影片會有這麼多觀眾。
